Flexibility in adjusting to residents' needs and demonstrating compassion and respect towards residents and colleagues is essential.
About You
Required:
- Must be licensed in the state of Indiana as a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist or Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current BLS CPR certification.
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude, including confidentiality and cooperativeness.
Preferred:
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
