About the Role
As a Respiratory Therapy Manager, you will monitor the annual department operating and capital budgets, supervise daily operations and staff, take appropriate actions regarding counseling and disciplinary actions, perform quality control on respiratory equipment, and assist in training and orientation of students or new employees.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an AMA accredited respiratory care program with an associate in respiratory care or health science.
- 2 years of respiratory care experience.
- RCP or equivalent State licensure.
- RRT certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification.
- NRP certification.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Management.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
