About the Role

You will also be responsible for inventory control, optimizing profits, staff training and development, and preparing employee schedules.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three years of management experience in a high volume restaurant preferred, QSR experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and employee relation skills.
- Detail oriented with the capability to oversee restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant.
- Experience in managing multiple areas simultaneously.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
