RH is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team in Cleveland, OH. The role involves driving service and operational excellence within RH Hospitality and inspiring Team Members to create an extraordinary guest experience.
About the Role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead and develop Team Members, partner with the Hospitality Leader to shape service direction, drive operational excellence, engage with guests, support financial performance, create strategic schedules, and assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years previous Hospitality Leadership experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs, inventory controls, and strategic resource planning.
- Expertise in computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management systems, and Micros Point of Sale.
Preferred:
- Proven ability to work autonomously while making strategic decisions and collaborating effectively across all levels of leadership.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
