As a Retail Banker I, you will be responsible for delivering TD's brand promise by utilizing financial expertise to assist customers. Your daily tasks will include educating customers on bank products, establishing customer relationships, making product recommendations, resolving customer issues, and participating in customer outreach activities. You will also engage in conversations about loan products and must maintain an active registration status with NMLS.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years' experience working with customers and/or sales.
Preferred:
- Teller experience.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in customer conversations while educating them on products and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Notary License.
