About the Role
As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brands, assisting customers with purchases, sign-ups, and billing issues. Your mission is to provide accurate product information, engage with potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand awareness and sales.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible scheduling.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and outlook.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of an eight-hour shift.
Preferred:
- Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience.
- Bilingual skills.
- Previous experience in event marketing or product demos.
