About You
- Must live within 35 miles of Oak Creek, WI or South Milwaukee, WI.
- Must have personal transportation.
- Valid Driver’s License with no more than two moving violations within the past 36 months.
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a high degree of self-discipline, initiative, and drive.
- A customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organized and efficient, with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 8 – 10 hours per day, and to stoop, kneel, bend, push, and pull as needed.
- Comfortable using accessibility apps in-store to log hours, report daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
