About the Role

As a Retail Key Holder, you will be responsible for leadership tasks delegated by the store manager, acting as manager on duty when scheduled. Your duties will include providing performance feedback, leading in-store customer experiences, setting daily goals, performing opening and closing routines, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness standards. You will also engage with customers to understand their needs and drive rewards program enrollment.

About You

Required:

High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
Demonstrated sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred:

Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
