- Demonstrated sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Effective communication skills and ability to adapt quickly.
- Experience in a customer-first retail environment.
- Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
- Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
