About the Role
As a Retail Merchandiser – Multi-Store Resets, you will be responsible for following project guidelines to reset store layouts, execute planograms, and relocate merchandise. You will work collaboratively with team members and store management, ensuring professional communication and adherence to safety practices while performing physically demanding tasks. Each store installation typically takes 8-14 hours, and you will be assigned a cluster of stores within your region for multiple weeks of project-based work.
About You
Required:
- 6 months to 2+ years of retail reset, merchandising, or fixture installation experience.
- Ability to read and implement planograms and merchandising instructions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned area.
- Smartphone required for reporting and communication.
Preferred:
- Experience in retail merchandising resets, store remodels, or fixture installation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a project team.
