About the Role
As a Retail Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for building displays, resetting shelves, tracking inventory, and supporting leadership with reporting, training, and scheduling. You will work closely with retailers to ensure that sales opportunities are maximized and that shoppers' needs are met.
About You
Required:
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- 18 years or older.
- Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work location.
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
- Experience leading and training people.
- Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
