About the Role
As a Retail Processor, you will be responsible for receiving, recording, and sorting donations through the Kaizen system. You will meet production goals with a focus on process improvement and productivity. Additional duties include assisting in various production areas, cross-training for other roles, and performing tasks such as merchandising and cleaning as directed by supervisors.
About You
Required:
- High School graduate or its equivalent preferred.
- Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and kneeling.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of basic math skills.
- Ability to see and recognize colors.
