About the Role
As a Retail Processor, you will be responsible for receiving, recording, and sorting donations according to the Kaizen system. You will ensure compliance with processing guidelines, meet production goals, and assist in various areas of the production process. Additional duties may include merchandising, cleaning, and supporting other team members as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School graduate or its equivalent preferred.
- Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of basic math skills.
- Ability to see and recognize colors.
