- Associate degree or related business experience required.
- 1-3+ years' experience in sales required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other business applications required.
- Demonstrated success in a team environment required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field preferred.
- Construction industry background preferred.
