About the Role
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling target products and packages, demonstrating services to customers, communicating promotions, establishing rapport with visitors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also handle customer payments, process service changes, and track sales progress while maintaining a neat appearance and a positive company image.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phone customer support/service related background in a call center environment preferred.
Preferred:
- Bilingual skills preferred.
- Cable Television industry experience preferred.
- Telecommunications experience preferred.
