About the Role
As a Retail Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all store personnel during your shift, opening the store as the key holder, and developing and training store associates. You will ensure compliance with agency policies and maintain store appearance and housekeeping standards. Additionally, you will assist customers, resolve complaints, and support the management team in maintaining accurate records and reports.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two to three (2-3) years of experience in retail.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Must be certified and licensed to operate a forklift.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree or completion of related retail management course work.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
