About You
- Must be enrolled as a full or part-time student in a college or university working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, or hospitality.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
- Interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.
- Desired majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business, or related fields.
