About You
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in retail or customer service.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others and work with firearms.
- Experience in retail/sales management.
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
