About the Role

About You

Required:

3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proven ability to drive sales and consistently exceed performance goals.

Preferred:

Previous experience in the cannabis industry.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams with a focus on talent development.
