The role involves leading store production and managing various operational aspects to support the Goodwill mission of ending unemployment.
About the Role
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire store operations, including financial management, inventory control, customer service, and team development. You will develop and execute operational plans to meet financial goals, ensure excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and collaborate with community partners. Additionally, you will manage team performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
- One-year customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers’ license and clean MVR.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
