As a Retail Supervisor - Inventory, you will be responsible for leading and engaging a team of Inventory Associates, following a clear workflow, and upholding the company's core values. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving concerns and driving productivity within the team.
About You
Required:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred:
- No degree needed.
- Military experience.
- Access to reliable transportation.
