About the Role
As a Manager for Retirement Plans ERISA Compliance, you will be responsible for preparing various compliance tests, serving as a liaison with clients and auditors, and leading efforts to improve training programs. You will also assist clients with employer contributions and complex compliance issues, while mentoring less experienced staff.
About You
Required:
- 4-7 years in the qualified retirement plan industry with significant experience in ERISA Compliance testing and reporting.
- Thorough knowledge of IRS & DOL Code and Regulations, including experience with complex non-discrimination testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High comfort level with Microsoft Excel and ability to meet stringent deadlines.
- Project Leadership experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Math, or Finance.
- ASPPA QKA, QPA, or CPC Designation.
- Experience with Actuarial Systems Corporation (ASC) Testing/5500 software.
