About the Role
As a Return to Work Consultant, you will provide education, collaboration, and coordination between policyholders, medical providers, and claims staff to facilitate the return of injured workers to suitable work. You will develop job descriptions, inform policyholders about available programs, and train them in establishing effective return-to-work programs. This field position requires travel for on-site visits and training, and you will work across various regions in Oregon.
About You
Required:
- Five or more years of Oregon workers’ compensation experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Current certification as an Oregon Claims Examiner.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing and implementing return-to-work programs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Benefits
- Typical hiring range: $75,850 - $89,235.
