About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
- 2+ years of billing experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in billing.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and finance teams.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Elite 3E and eBilling systems.
- Experience with complex billing needs and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with electronic billing via LEDES files and eBillingHub.
