About the Role
As a Revenue Accounting Consultant, you will manage monthly and quarterly commission calculations for a global sales organization, serve as a subject matter expert on commission processes, analyze large datasets for discrepancies, evaluate business processes for efficiency, and support ongoing department operations including reporting and ad hoc analysis.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commissions administration, accounting, revenue recognition, or quote-to-cash processes.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.).
- Experience with incentive compensation management systems (e.g., SAP Sales Cloud, Varicent, Xactly) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting and data tools such as Tableau, Crystal Reports, or SQL.
