About the Role
As a Revenue Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for implementing revenue recognition policies, conducting bank reconciliations, preparing financial reports, leading financial analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the annual audit process, and mentoring junior team members. This position offers flexibility for both in-office and remote work.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in revenue accounting, preferably in the CPG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and its practical application.
- Proven experience in bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
