About the Role
As a Revenue Integrity Analyst, you will work under the direction of the Director, Patient Accounts, to analyze key performance indicators, manage the charge master, prevent payment denials, and provide training to staff. You will also develop analytics solutions, create reports and dashboards, and support operational needs through effective communication and project management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in a healthcare setting, including experience with large datasets and complex queries.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, human anatomy, ICD10/CPT coding, and medical insurance reimbursement models.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint; SQL experience is preferred.
