Chalk is seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves designing and optimizing Chalk's revenue infrastructure while collaborating with various teams to streamline operations.
About the Role
As the RevOps Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing RevOps infrastructure, including CRM and marketing automation tools. You will develop forecasting models, enhance sales visibility, and improve customer satisfaction metrics. Additionally, you will facilitate cross-team alignment on revenue strategies and identify process gaps to enhance operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, preferably within SaaS or high-growth tech startups.
Expert proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach, with familiarity in data visualization and analytics tools.
Preferred:
Experience supporting Usage Based / SaaS products.
Proficiency with SQL and Python.
Understanding of Machine Learning operations and infrastructure.
Previous experience in a high-growth technology startup.
