About the Role
As a Revenue Operations Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring KPIs, delivering regular reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data systems meet evolving needs. You will also create documentation of metrics definitions and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker preferred).
- Knowledge of modern data stack technologies (Snowflake, Airflow, etc.).
- Experience with cohort analysis, customer segmentation, forecasting, and account scoring.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Preferred:
- Basic understanding of ETL processes and experience building simple data pipelines.
- Knowledge of Python or another programming language for data manipulation.
