Afar is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help power the next chapter of growth in travel media. The role involves supporting the Sales team with tools, systems, and insights to drive revenue and scale success.
About the Role
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the CRM (Boostr), segment and prioritize accounts, optimize the sales pipeline, build smart reporting, streamline sales operations, partner on playbooks and enablement, and lead strategic projects.
About You
Required:
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration.
Deep knowledge of CRM systems, pipeline forecasting, and reporting tools.
Preferred:
Experience in media, advertising, or digital publishing.
Experience in account segmentation, territory planning, and marketing-to-sales funnel design.
