Modulate is seeking a RevOps Manager to join their team in Somerville, MA. The role involves architecting and scaling systems, processes, and data infrastructure to drive predictable, high-quality revenue.
About the Role
As a RevOps Manager, you will shape the operational engine that powers Modulate's revenue growth. Your responsibilities include enabling data-driven leadership decisions, increasing revenue team productivity, transforming data into strategic leverage, and building a foundation for sustainable scale. You will partner with GTM leaders to optimize processes, develop dashboards and reporting frameworks, implement automation, and ensure the accuracy and scalability of revenue systems.
About You
Required:
4-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related function within a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company.
Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM and other workflow or automation tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Highly analytical with the ability to clean and structure data to surface actionable insights.
Exceptionally detail-oriented and process-driven.
Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while executing with precision in complex environments.
