About the Role
As a Senior RF Analysis Engineer, you will perform RF analyses to protect customer operations globally, validate input data, devise methodologies, ensure quality of technical outputs, and represent the DoD's interests in technical working groups. You will lead a team of engineers and present technical topics in high-pressure situations.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience with Radio Frequency (RF) engineering.
- Knowledge of 4G and 5G RAN technologies, including RF interfaces.
- Ability to manage the technical execution of a team of engineers, including performing quality assurance.
- Ability to produce professional documentation.
- Ability to clearly present technical topics in high-pressure situations.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience conducting Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) analyses for DoD spectrum-dependent systems.
- Experience in MATLAB, Python, or programming languages suitable to augment or enhance COTS RF simulation capabilities.
- Experience utilizing Systems Tool Kit (STK), Visualyse Professional, Builder, or EDX Signal Pro.
- Knowledge of DoD or other Service branch spectrum-dependent mission systems.
- Knowledge of RF protocols and propagation models.
- Knowledge of the NTIA Redbook Table of Allocations and associated regulatory framework.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Science, Technology, or Mathematics.
