About the Role
As a Principal Engineer, RF Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for selecting and designing antennas, developing circuit boards, and creating novel circuitry for communications systems. You will also conduct power and link budget analysis, oversee research and data analysis, and lead small teams while mentoring junior staff. The position requires collaboration with engineers and scientists across various technology development phases, with a flexible work schedule.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering program accredited by ABET or a Calculus-based STEM degree.
- At least 9 years of relevant experience in RF systems engineering.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with wireless communications standards and protocols (Cellular, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.).
- Experience with RF chipsets and embedded-hardware techniques for baseband demodulation.
