About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in RF systems engineering, with at least 2 years focused on millimeter wave systems.
- Proficiency in RF simulation tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, or CST).
- Hands-on experience with millimeter wave components and systems (e.g., waveguides, MMICs, phased arrays).
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., 3GPP, IEEE) for wireless communication systems.
- Experience with RF and communications test equipment (e.g., vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signaling testers, Accuver software).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with 5G NR, WiFi, or satellite communications.
- Knowledge of PCB design for high-frequency applications.
- Familiarity with thermal and power management in high-frequency systems.
- Familiarity with the applications of control theory (algorithm design) in RF systems.
