About You
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience acquiring rights-of-way, easements, and temporary easements.
- Knowledge of leases, title, survey, engineering, appraisals, and contract matters.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage team members or subcontractors.
- IRWA RWA Novice Certification.
- Experience with large scale infrastructure projects.
- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Earth Pro, Adobe, Microsoft 365/SharePoint.
- Experience with GIS mapping and land use maps.
