ORC is seeking a Right of Way Document Specialist to join their team in Texas. The role involves assisting project managers with project schedules, budgets, and documentation in the Right of Way sector.
About the Role
As a Right of Way Document Specialist, you will assist Project Managers and Leads in developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Your responsibilities will include preparing and updating project status reports, coordinating with team members to track project status, performing project analysis and reporting, and providing administrative support to Right of Way, Engineering, Construction, and Management teams.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of technical documentation experience in Right of Way and/or Real Estate.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to access ORC's systems.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred:
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative setting.
