About the Role
As a RightFax Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the RightFax and other fax systems, handling application installation, upgrades, and vulnerability management. You will manage incidents and changes effectively, perform migrations between fax systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and monitor system performance to ensure optimal operations.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience with Enterprise level support, particularly with RightFax and fax systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience in incident and change management processes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as SQL, VBScript, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Telephony, SIP, T.38, and Active Directory.
