About You
- 2+ years of experience supporting detail intensive work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams), SharePoint, and AI tools such as Copilot.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Curiosity and willingness to take on work or new challenges without detailed guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with leaders across functions.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Experience with project management or workflow tools.
- Understanding of agile principles and practices.
