About the Role

Participants will engage in full-time employment at a RISE Center, gradually transitioning to independently managing a caseload. The program offers a dual mentorship model with on-site and centralized guidance, and competitive compensation tailored to specific hospital budgets.
About You
Required:
- Recent veterinary graduate with a DVM or VMD degree.
- Eagerness to practice high-quality medicine and grow clinical skills.
Preferred:
- Interest in General Practice (GP), Emergency (ER), or Mixed Animal Practices.
- Willingness to relocate for the position.
Benefits
- Up to $50,000 in total signing bonuses, including $35,000 through the new grad sign-on program and an additional $15,000 early sign-on bonus.
