About the Role
The RISE Mentorship Program pairs new graduate veterinarians with experienced mentors for hands-on learning and professional development. Participants will engage in full-time employment at a RISE Center, gradually transitioning to independently managing a caseload with dual mentorship support. The program is tailored for new veterinary graduates eager to practice high-quality medicine in various settings, including General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal Practices.
About You
Required:
- Recent veterinary graduate with a DVM or VMD degree.
- Eagerness to practice high-quality medicine and grow clinical skills.
Preferred:
- Interest in General Practice, Emergency, or Mixed Animal Practices.
- Desire to engage in continuous professional development and mentorship.
