About You
- 3 - 5 years of experience in risk and fraud investigation or a similar fintech analytics role.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage investigations from start to finish.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Clear and professional communication skills with internal teams and external parties.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Eager to refine processes and drive efficiency improvements.
- Curious and willing to learn new tools and skills (SQL experience is a plus, but not required).
- Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours.
- Willingness to attend the annual 3-day company offsite in the fall.
