About the Role
As a Risk and Compliance Analyst, you will support risk assessments, compliance testing, evaluate risk exposure, and recommend enhancements to internal practices and controls. You will collaborate with various departments to manage areas of risk, execute compliance testing, assist in developing compliance dashboards, and maintain knowledge of automotive industry regulations. Your success will depend on your ability to foster stakeholder engagement and ensure adherence to applicable requirements and internal policies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience in risk identification and oversight, compliance, process improvement, vendor management, audit, quality assurance, or operations in automotive, dealership, or distribution industries.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and third-party risk management frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tools or Data Visualization tools.
