About the Role
As a Risk Consultant, Property Loss Control Engineer, you will review commercial property protection, conduct onsite visits to assess property and natural catastrophe exposures, analyze building construction and fire protection features, and collaborate with specialized engineers to serve clients. You will also build credibility and customer satisfaction by demonstrating the value of risk engineering services, with anticipated travel of 20-25%.
About You
Required:
- Experience with large property sites.
- Robust working knowledge of NFPA Codes, FM Data Sheets, and local requirements.
- Engineering or Science based undergraduate degree; Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Robust working knowledge of fire protection or willingness to learn.
- Ability to apply industry experience to a broad range of customers and projects.
