- Four years or more of related professional Workers’ Compensation claims experience, preferably in WA State.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in Workers’ Compensation and proficiency in interpreting medical reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in public.
