About the Role
About You
- 10+ years of direct contract negotiation for technology services.
- Experience managing negotiation, delivery, and risk assessments of large professional services contracts.
- Experience working with client delivery teams, preferably in State, Local, or Higher Education.
- Experience with complex contract negotiation and high stakes multi-million-dollar engagements.
- Knowledge of professional services contracting lifecycle with an emphasis on technology services.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to travel up to 10-25% based on work and client needs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship.
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree.
