About the Role
As a Full Time RN/LPN, you will be responsible for assessing and managing a group of patients, implementing the Nursing Process, and overseeing the care provided by other caregivers. Your duties will include evaluating care effectiveness, documenting patient information, and ensuring adherence to safety and legal standards. You will also participate in staff development and performance improvement activities.
About You
Required:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois.
- Experience in patient assessment and care management.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
