About You
- Current license as an RN or LPN in Pennsylvania.
- Must have current driver's license.
- Ability to travel to case assignments.
- Excellent assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Acute care and/or home health experience.
- Experience with hospice patients or in the hospice environment.
- Understanding of Hospice philosophy and principles of death and dying.
