About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at UAB Medical West, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, educating patients and their families, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote health and wellness and address medical concerns in the workplace.
About You
Required:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alabama.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
