About the Role
As an RN in the Observation Unit, you will provide nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic or therapeutic services, assess patients, document findings, perform nursing procedures, establish care plans, coordinate ongoing care, and educate patients and families. This position requires working two 12-hour shifts on weekends and one during the week, with a focus on patient care in a supportive team environment.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program).
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) presented upon hire.
- One year of current acute care RN experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
