Summary
Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time RN - Adult Healthcare to provide direct patient care in an Outpatient Clinic in Rio Rancho, NM.
About the Role
The RN will prepare patients for visits, maintain efficient patient flow, assist providers with treatments and procedures, administer medications, and support clerical functions including scheduling, referrals, authorizations, and EMR in-basket support. Responsibilities also include providing direct patient care during nurse visits and telephone triage in ambulatory care, managing medication refills using approved nursing protocols, and ensuring safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in nursing
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- BLS certification at time of hire
Preferred:
- 3 years of healthcare experience
